We arrived safely in St Augustine at a the Compass RV Resort. Very nice park and we got a spot right on a small pond. There are walking trails around the pond through the woods. Very cool nature walk. The pond has several turtles that sun them selves on the shore each day. Lucy is forever trying to get to one before it slips into the water. She is also obsessed with the squirrels who seem to understand her frustration and taunt her by congregating right outside the RV window where Lucy sleeps.
We will be hitting Old St Augustine and the beach. Me might even take some time to go to the alligator farm.
Well we made it to the beach for a relaxing day and some 4 wheeling in the sand. I was surprised that you can still drive on the beach. Pretty cool mad getting all our stuff set p a breeze. We have become expert beach bums. We have low chairs, sand auger, umbrella’s, and a beach bag full of towels and supplies.
Tomorrow is Missy’s Birthday! Plan is take her to Old St Augustine have great diner and some adult beverages. I would be lost without her so I am going to do my best to make it a special day for her. Love you honey!!
Missy and I had a wonderful day celebrating her birthday! We went to Old St. Augustine and bar hopped and had a wonderful dinner at Casa Maya. I met pirate and Missy had so much fun she turned into a pirate!
Tomorrow we are off to Savannah to see all the sights there. Been a few years since we have been there.

Review: This was one of the best meals of my life. Went to a Spanish restaurant for Missy’s birthday and ended up ordering Seafood Paella for two. This Paella was amazing!! Crab, Shrimp, Scallops, Andouille Sausage, Chicken, and Rice in a spicy broth with some fresh French bread. It was heaven! So good I had to thank the chef. If you ever find yourself in St Augustine I highly recommend it.

Review: Great park. Large spaces, nice concrete pads, grass, nice pond, and close proximity to Old Town St. Augustine and St. Augustine Beach.
